We provide a new direction to accountants by offering specialist services beyond which are normally available in small to medium sized accounting practices. This creates added value in your practice.

Ron graduated from the University of Queensland in 1985 with a Bachelor of Commerce. Until 1990, he was employed by KPMG in Brisbane auditing mainly large and publicly-listed companies in Australia and overseas and audited their portfolio of SMSF audit clients.
After working as a manager with a mid-tier accounting practice in Sydney, he established his own practice in 1995.
Ron has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) since 1989 and is a current member of Superannuation Professional Accountants Association (SPAA). He is a registered company auditor, a tax agent and a justice of the peace.
Ron is committed to the superannuation industry and leads a superannuation audit discussion group with the CA. His other professional interests include advising selective clients in the property development and real estate industries.

Dana joined the BCS team in January 2005 and works closely with the partner to oversee the accounting staff and to ensure that the comprehensive systems and processes of the practice are adhered to and that our service standard is consistently delivered.
Her role as practice manager varies greatly from financial reporting and internal accounting, Human resource management, overseeing the administrative function and Internal IT Systems and document management.
Dana also manages the entire workflow function within BCS. Her efficiency and organisational skills allow her to effectively manage the large volumes of in-flow and outflow of audits with in BCS.

Ruzbeh has been working with BCS since late 2004, graduating from the University of Bombay, India in 1994 with a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing. He has been in the accounting profession for over ten years and has extensive experience in auditing medium to large publicly listed companies in India, focusing on the finance and manufacturing sectors.
Ruzbeh heads the audit division of BCS and is responsible for reviewing and conducting the audit of hundreds of small to large Self Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF) each of which contains diverse portfolios of investments in listed securities, managed funds, unit trusts and real estate properties.
Ruzbeh also has considerable experience in conducting statutory audits for the clients of BCS and undertaking other special projects including the preparation of investigating accountant’s reports, internal audits, turnover audits, due diligence and valuations.
